As set forth in Executive Order 2026-003, the Board will undertake a comprehensive review of the regulations subject to its enforcement.  The purpose of this Public Hearing / Stakeholder Meeting is to solicit recommendations regarding regulations that should be streamlined, clarified or removed, and identify other regulatory changes stakeholders feel are worthy of consideration that pertain to the Nevada Administrative Code Chapter 625A.  Stakeholder input received as a result of this Hearing/Meeting will be considered by the Board at the Board’s Meeting on November 5, 2026 and will be reflected in the Board’s Report to the Governor.
